Hi

I have entered a sales order and for a particular line item i can see that the UOM is showing as a PAL ( i have ordered only 1) but when i run the VA05 SAP report and enter my sold to party and material for all orders, the same sales order with the same line item is shwoing as a UOM of BD ? ? I am confused and not sure as to what is actually happening?

please advice?

It seems your Sales Unit is PAL

and Base Unit of Measure is BD.

Both are units of measurement maintained in the material master Basic and Sales views.

If you want to see the Sales Unit in VA05 report select the "layout" icon (Ctrl + F8) and transfer the field from "hidden columns" to "displayed columns".

Hi ,

Please check the sales unit in material master and basic unit of measurement and even additional unit of measure.

the Report will get generated with the same unit in the sales order.

please check the conversion factors
