Installation of PI_BASIS 2006_1_700

I want to install PI_BASIS 2006_1_700 but I cant find the Support Package for the installation.

From my site of understanding (regarding note 1007796) I need package KINBC9A.SAR (für PI_BASIS 2006_1_700)

But I cant find this package anywhere.......

Can anybody help me please-...?!
