Hi all,

Does anyone know if there is an SAP report or a ad-hoc query that is capable of showing the number of despatches for a particular period and a matching figure for invoices relating to these (minus those with billing blocks)?

Hi,

If u know the tables for the despatches and the invoices u can join the two tables by using the SQVI transaction and generate a report.

In theory you would expect the number of despatches to equal the number of invoices generated?

This means for a particular delivery document no, there should be equivalent billing document no.

U can obtain this by joining LIKP & VBRK tables n selecting the document no fields in the SQVI Transaction.

Yes. Since if u have not made any despatch there will be no billing document for that particular delivery on that particular day.

Hi Dear,

I didnt get what you exactly want Try with any of these

Deliveries-Due list - VL04

Incomplete delivery - V_UC

General- List of Outbound deliveries - VL06f

Oubound deliveries for goods issue - VL06g

Outbound Delivery Monitor - VL06o

And if you want to see the list of all reports in SAP,

Go to Sap Easy Access Screen, Type SAP1 T-Code ( Dont use /n)

It will show all the standad reports in SAP.
