As a SD Consultant what are the prequisites we need to follow at the time of rollout, it is very urgent can anyone suggest me on this.

Hi ,

Roll out the process of having the same functionality for different countries.

the following are to be taken into consideration while doing Roll out.

1. Know how many process are there exactly.

2. what will the changes in the process for the country to which iam rolling off.

example currency changes, some changes in the process.

3. Documentation of entire thing for the roll out.these are called roll out kits or documents for the specific country.

4. collect the test scripts because you have to test the process.

5. know the time period. cut over activitites.

6.interaction with process head or user which will give the exactly what the changes need to be done.

7. advise, once you do the configuration in development system. please give the demo to the user about the process.

so you will get to know still what changes need to be done.

8. please give importance for the output layouts and the layout values where all the values are populate correctly or not .for this also send the pdf file to the user ask that still any changes are required.

9. inform the team that about your activities started or completed as per the plan.exspecially to the project manager.

and the team lead.
