Dear all,
I am currently working with external vendor on Contract Management. We were told that service contracts in SRM will not work without service numbers (service master records) and it can't be configured.
However, based on my MM experience, this can be configured in R/3. I need your expertise or advice on this matter. Is this a configurable item in Contract Management?

You dont need a service Number in Contract Management, select product type as service at the contact item lvel and it should work.
