Sometimes system doesnt get refresehed automatically, reassign the planning element indicator to the WBS Elements and save the project and retry the Easy cost planning tool.
check the planning profile what was assigned to the project definition and see wether the planning elements indicator is checked in the planning profile. If it is checked remove the indicator.
