Objects not getting updated in PRD

Hi

I am facing a problem as follows:

I am moving requests which were tested in QAS to PRD. But many times these objects / tables does not get updated in PRD which were working fine in QAS. This does not happens every time but happened in some cases. Import Log ends with 0 code (That is without error). Then what could be the problem? Can anybody tell me how to find out the root cause of such problem.

check ur client in scc4 and ur global configuration settings in se03.

Hi SANJAY,

Well to tell you the fact sometimes it happens that the object gets reflected after 10-15 minutes.So have some patience.

However there are some fields which donot get updated even if we successfully transport it with return code '0'.One such incident I remember is address field in the BANK Document is not updated in production and I have to open the production via SCC4 for the user to enter it manually and after that I again close it.

Are the object/tables not getting updated...or they are in Inactive state?

Sometime people forget to Activate ther objects before inlcuding then in transport request and this moves the Inactive version to Prod/qas.
