Hi,

In transaction CC02, when a change number get the status (system status) - ECR (Engineering change request) converted to ECO (Engineering change order) (ECR converted), how to get the status (order incomplete) automatically checked in the status sub screen?

Hi Rajesh,

Your question is not clearly indicating where you are stuck?

But what I assume is you are stuck at the status "CHKD ECRA ICPL" or any other but, basically the problem is it is allowing to change Order Incomplete to Order complete and Order complete to Order Incomplete.

If that is such so then, click on the Object button above. Then select the Object you have assigned to the Change Number.

(If not assigned any Object, then first assign it), then select the line item for object assigned there. And click on the button Detail overview (Or Press Ctrl+F5).

Here in this screen get the status changed CRTD CCO1 CCOA (Object: change completed) at least, then save.

Now go to Header screen for the change Order. Now you will be able to Close the Order only, But to release it, you need to again change the status in the Object detail screen to "CRTD CCO1 CCOF" by releasing the Object.

Then you'll be able to release the Change Order.

Hope this will make you clear, if not revert with the clear point where you stuck, if possible with the Status details of your change order.
