Knowing called transactions from a Z* program

Hello dear colleagues,

I need kind of a report tree that answer the following question:

Wich transactions and external programs are called from every Ztransaction?, considering that such program/transactions called also call others.

Besides i need to know about authority check related to each call.

Is there a standard report or useful code?

Any suggestion is appreciated.
