Support pack problem

Dear Team,

When I apply support pack of Basis 17,18,19, But when I apply SAPKB62020 , Then I click on Display/define

No valid queue for SAP_BASIS 620 . Messege come.

Whats the problem.?

Did you make sure that all pre-requisite support packs are in place?

Also, try to reset the status of the queue, see if that helps.

All pre-request is ok.But in between when I apply support pack of ABAP . It is proper applying.

sorry ... having some problems understanding what you are trying to do here.

Basically, ABAP and BASIS support packs are like a couple, whenever one gets updated the other should be updated to the same support pack level. This means, if you want to be really safe, here's the order they should have been applied.

ABAP SP17 + BASIS SP17

Backup DB

ABAP SP18 + BASIS SP18

Backup DB

ABAP SP19 + BASIS SP19

Backup DB

ABAP SP20 + BASIS SP20

Backup DB

You should have no issues applying these support packs this way.
