Log in Message: SSO logon not possible; no logon ticket due to incorrect co

When logging in to SRM via web the error message "SSO logon not possible; no logon ticket due to incorrect configuration...."

We do not use SSO and as I remmber correct it is a basic setting in the profile parameter when installing SRM to prevent this error, but I don't remember what is was. Am I right? If not what is teh solution?

Hi All,

I faced the same error, and I solved it by deleteing "system PSE" configuration in t-code STRUST.

Hi to all,

Could you check your user data with t-code SU01.

In logon data tab you will see user type. It should be A-Dialog. If it is S-Service, It gives this message in logon step and asks for your logon data many times.

You genius! You made my day

In my case, too, System PSE was in error in STRUST (signature check something) so I just recreated it and SSO started working like a breeze.
