Hi Experts,

Can you please give me the link to download the Adobe Livecycle generator else then service.sap.com?

Also please let me know what are the minimum requirements to install the ALG.

You can download the Adobe LiveCycle Designer installer from SAP Service Marketplace:

If you have 640 SAP GUI (or 620 SAP GUI) on your local machine, download the file 01200615322000000711 Adobe LiveCycle Designer 7.1.

-> SAP NetWeaver

-> SAP NETWEAVER 04

-> installation and Upgrade

-> <Choose any OS and DB combination.>

In case of 710 SAP GUI, download 50083078_1 NW 2004s Presentation - Adobe LiveCycle Designer 7.1.(Also for CE)

Download this file and extract it to your local hard drive.

Stand-Alone Installation

1. Uninstall older version of Adobe LiveCycle Designer

First, you need to uninstall all older versions of Adobe LiveCycle Designer (6.0 or 7.0). As Adobe LiveCycle Designer may have been installed in any of several ways, uninstall it according to the corresponding description below.

• Adobe LiveCycle Designer was installed using the Designer installer

Go to: Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> SAP Interactive Forms -> Select 'Change/Remove' option.

If you cannot see the 'SAP Interactive Forms' item under Add and Remove Programs, Adobe LiveCycle Designer was installed with SAP GUI or the SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio.

• Adobe LiveCycle Designer was installed with SAP GUI

Select 'SAP Front End' from the list in 'Add or Remove Programs', select 'Change', deactivate 'Interactive Forms' and continue.

• Adobe LiveCycle Designer was installed with SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio

Select 'SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio' from the list in 'Add or Remove Programs', select 'Change', deactivate 'Interactive Forms', and continue.

2. Install Adobe LiveCycle Designer 7.1

After uninstalling previous versions of Adobe LiveCycle Designer, you can start the installation of release 7.1 by double-clicking the 'ALDsetup.exe' or 'SapAldSetup.exe' file from the extracted files.
