Server misconfiguration while configuring SLD in EP 7.0

Hello Everyone,

We have installed EP 7.0 central instance and dialog instance on seperate hosts and getting an error while configuring the SLD.

How to Reproduce the error:

When Call the URL (http://hostname of central instance/sld) of SLD the following error message is coming

Error Message:

Server misconfiguration; set the profile parameter BufferInstances to false when running a multi-node cluster

Background:

EP 7.0 with the usage type EP,EPCore,NWDI,BI (Java engine only)

OS: Windows 2003 X64 bit

DB: MSSQL 2005

Patch level 16

Please let me know to how to overcome this.

Hello,

in the SLD page http://<hostname>:port/sld

you should see the 'administration' tab.

By clicking on this you should get to the

sld server configuration page, where you

can the settings as indicated. Hope

this helps.

Addition to the above post from Andreas:

Profile

Section: ALL

BufferInstances (ObjectManager): false (By default it will be true)

Save.
