upload sales order

How to upload sales orders...

Is it possible through LSMW or we have to go for BDC.

please help me...

Yes you can go for LSMW or BDC to upload mass creation of sale orders.

Hi,

while creating source fields should i give header data and item data.while recording we have P.O number,P.O.date etc twice but while creating source fields system not accepting twice....in LSMW for Sales Orders.

so how can i proceed....

please help me....

Hi Azeez,

It will be better if you use a BDC for uploading of a sales order since, the program can be easily used by your business user.

Additionally you can also use a BAPI for creation of sales order, & also recomended as it is SAP standard BAPI

BAPI Name : BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2

For using BAPI you will need to take care of your ABAPer.

Hi,

If you want to use LSMW then you need to create two recordings,

• Header Data(T.Code: VA01)

• Item Data(T.Code: VA02)

Header Recording Data:(VA01)

1.Sales OrderType

2.Sales Org

3.Distr Chl

4.Div

5.Sold-To

6.PO No.

7.Data

8.Plant(If required)

9.Material (First line material)

10.Qty & mandatory field as per ur system requirement.

Item Recording Data:(VA02)

1.Sales Document No.

2.Item No.(20,30 etc)

3.Material Code

4.Qty & mandatory field as per ur system requirement

Hi,

My situation is that i am recording VA01 for 5 items. when uploading,if i am having 6 items in flat file ,it is not uploading 6th item...

then what i have to do...

hi friend !!!!

today i did this i suggest go with BDC ONLY

and i don't face any problem it take twice the data also

u discuss with u r ABAPER

and still u have any problem then ask u will give u detail
