Materials replication from R/3

Hi guys

We are on SRM Server 5.5 and SRM Version 5

in R3AS we load object Material and when checking status it shown green as successful , but when in transaction SMW01 only the 1st line is green the rest have the following errors :

Data cannot be maintained for set type COMM_PR_UNIT

Data cannot be maintained for set type COMM_PR_SHTEXT

How can we tackle them , I have tried any note I can think of and searched in this forum and still getting same errors, please assist

PS Go live is in two weeks .........

Before starting the material download have you checked that the customizing objects have been downloaded successfully?

specifically DNL_CUST_BASIS3

pl check whether all the UOM have been replicated from yr ECC backend to SRM

and the ISO code linkage to UOM is also identical

Have you maintained any special texts in yr ECC material masters?

pl check that

For DNL_CUST_BASIS3 we applied a note , since from version 5 it is not necessary to load it via R3as ,so we only maintained the table in it and we ahve no special texts in R/3 Materials mainatined. DNL_CUST_PRDO1 and DNL_CUT_PROD0 were replicated succesfully

Please check this note 506941 - data for set type COMM_PR_UNIT canot be maintained.

Assign set type COMM_PR_UNIT to the category for which you create the product. You can do this in Transaction COMM_HIERARCHY (category maintenance).

how do we do that in comm_hierarchy ?

Please check COMM_PR_UNIT all the entries are available in the table as advised by Dinesh

Please strictly follow 720819 notes.

I believe SAP provided set type.However please check these table entry in both r/3 as well ebp system.

I could see entries in our r/3 and ebp system.

have all entries in tables in both SRM and R/3

Should I delete the replicated product categories and start all over ?
