Where to give transit time and picking/packing time for the req. delivery date , which t-code??

"Pick/pack time" & "Loading time" comes from the Shipping point.
So, in the Shipping point, you can mention the Pick/pack time.
Go to, IMG > Enterprise structure > Definition > LE > Define Shipping point.
