Hi friends,
I am an SD consultant with around 1.5 yrs sd exp and have joined a construction company who will be implementing ecc 6.0.
I am a management graduate and want to know how will it be for me to learn PS, as neither am i from an engineering or finance background. Is it really necessary to have a thorough understanding of finance and engineering or basic textbook knowledge is enough over and above my sap exp.
Hope to hear from u folks soon.

hi,
i would say that you could learn PS even if you are not an engineer.. PS is more of project management and it requires a lot of management skill.. there is great dependence on financial and controlling module but you can learn that even if you dont yet have thorough knowledge.. i would say that learning PS would be easier for you since you already have working knowledge on SAP SD.. i have a friend who's also SD consultant and is beginning to learn PS and he's not finding it to difficult..
Regards and Goodluck
