Tranfer Order confirm quanitity problem

Do anybody know how to rollback the confirm qty for Transfer order?

or

Could you mind give some reference how to create the TO ?

Hi,

Confirmed Transfer Orders can not be cancelled except pick transfer orders for a delivery.

Transfer Order created and confirmed for a delivery can be reverted back using LT0G and system automatically takes 999 movement type and enter and select the line item and click on Return to stock.This will revert back the TO.

So, create a transfer order manually using transaction LT01 with movement type 999, Material,qty, plant,sloc,spl stock (if it is spl stock)and Batch and execute and click foreground

Manually enter the source storage type, bin and destination storage type, bin and create the TO and confirm the same to bring back the mateiral to the existing storage type.

Basically once a TO has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled because there is nothing to cancel as the confirmation completes the process.

If the qty is wrong then simply create a manual TO with transaction LT01 mvt type 999 and either bring some stock back to the original position or move some more to join up with the qty that was short.

Hi Luke,

This question was asked several times on this forum.

Generally, you can cancel a TO via LT15 if it has not been confirmed. If it has been confirmed, you cannot cancel the TO.

Exceptions are TOs that were created for outbound deliveries > these TOs can be cancelled in LT0G (if PGI was done first use VL09 and LT0G comes after that)..

So, if your TO was already confirmed (and theTO is not delivery-relevant) you cannot cancel it - but you can create a TO via LT01 / LT10 and move the goods back.

(generally TO can be created manually /LT01, LT10/ or processing TR /e.g. from LB10/, processing PCN /from LU04/)

U can't able to cancel the confirmed TO only thing is to do the Transfer posting from the particular storage Type..
