Hi All,

Pls help me for this error when i create an outbound delivery and post good issue

Item to be picked by WM (picking quantity cannot be entered)

Message no. VL118

Diagnosis

For this item, picking is carried out using warehouse management transfer orders since the material is stored in a warehouse with random storage.

How to maintain picking item?

If you have assigned Plant & Storage loc. to Warehouse no., then please check whether you have activated the "Lean WM" for your Warehouse number.

Hello,

As you have activated WM in your structure, you can't enter pick quantity manually. You need to create transfer order. Go to the change mode of deliveryVL02N --> Subsequet functions -

---

> Create transfer order. The save the transfer order. Once this is done then you need to confirm the transfer order by transaction LT12. After confirming the trasfer order, the quantity will be picked in the delivery automatically.

You can create transfer order by transaction LT03 also.

Assign your Plant & Storage location to your Warehouse number.

Activate the "Lean ware house" for your Warehouse number.

While doing Picking, enter the right Warehouse & Plant which you have assigned.

Dear Quang

Please go to IMG Path -- Enterprise Structure --> Assignment --> Logistics Execution --> Assign Warehouse number to plant / storage location. T.Code OML2.

Here ensure that you have maintained the warehouse number to plant.

Hi,

Since u r scenario is integrated with Warehouse.

U cannot directly do the picking by entering the picking value in the Delivery creation screen.

U need to cerate a transfer order for the same and carry out picking.

Then u can coem and do the PGI in the delivery screen.
