intercompany billing

hai sap sap gurus,

when i am raising inter company billing the system is showing inter company billing in the billing due list.but when i am selecting the billing from vf04 and pressing on individual billing then system is giving message in the log "0080011336 000000 Sales organization is not defined".

why the sales organization is not getting copied and also when i check the doc type,there was no customer also determined for inter company billing.

plz provide the solution.points will be rewarded.

Dear Balu,

Please check the inter company billing settings in IMG

SPRO>Sales and Distribution>Billing-->Inter company billing

-->Assign Organizational Units By Plant (Delivering Plant)

-->Define Internal Customer Number By Sales Organization(Customer created under delivering plant sales area then assign to receiving plant).

Hello,

Check whether the intercompany settings are correct or not.

Did you define (create) your internal customer in delivering Plant/Sales Area and assign it to your Ordering sales Organisation?

Did you assign delivering palnt to ordering sales organisation and distribution channel combination in enterprise structure --> assinments --> SD --> assign palnt to sales org and DC?
