Hello,
in our system, we have defined the price of an item in the price list as 60$ per 1 DZ.
When we make a sales order, the system picks the correct price. But when we change the quantity to 1 EA, the system takes the Nett Price as 4.98.
When we change the quantity to 1 dz, it comes back to 60. when we change the quantity to 2 ea, it takes 9.96.
IF the quantity is full ie. 12 Ea, then the price is ok. when it is less than that there is a difference of 0.02
Any clue on how to solve this...
THanks and Regards
SP Kumar

Hi Pramod,
It may be the problem with conversion factor. Check in material master the base unit and sale unit and the converstion factor maintained for it.

Hi,
Pls clarify, change is happening for one condition type or net price including taxes??
If it is for a particular condition type then check rounding rule to the same.
Pls reward if works.
