SSO failed between SAP Solution Manager and SAP Portals

Hello experts.

We have a problem when starrting Enterprise Manager on SAP Solution Manager, after 10 minutes approx. the EM goes down, as the log entries shows:

I suposse we need to configure SSO between SOlman and Portals, and I would thank if someone gives us some orientation in this.

Hi Hector,

To configure SSO as per initial setup guide, please check your profile parameters in your Solution Manager as below:

You have set up SSO, see also:

SAP Note 817529: Checking the SSO Configuration

Installation Guide and Security Guide for SAP Solution Manager

Create the following profile parameters in the instance profile:

login/create_sso2_ticket = 2

login/accept_sso2_ticket = 1

icm/host_name_full = fully qualified server name

This parameter must be attributed to the fully qualified server name (for example wdfd002568.wdf.sap). The name must contain at least two periods. See also SAP Note 434918.
