Hi,
check Note 912969 - BR*Tools 7.00 fails due to license problems
and Import the SAPDBA role as per Note 134592 - Importing the SAPDBA role ( sapdba_role.sql)
also check Note 113747 - Permissions for DBA tools BR*Tools and SAPDBA
regards,
kaushal

Hello Jackie,
What's your SAP system version?
In sqlplus you can try the following:
grant connect, resource, dba, sapdba to OPS$SAPSERVICE<SID>;
It seems that it's is a user problem. Everything allright with OPS$ ?
Best regards,
Olivier
