Hi friends,

On creating Shopping Cart searching for Catalogs from CCM then how we know we are searching which catalog either it is Internal/External Catalog.

Pl clarify this

Hi,

Internal catalog takes you to the same screen(or a popup of same screen) with your own products.

Click on the External catalog, it will take you to the vendor website and display products from which you have to add items to shop from his website. Generally external catalogs are named as the vendors name like DELL computers.

Hi Raju,

When we use internal catalogs for shopping we have to press add to shopping cart the way we do when we shop using internal goods.

External catalog(Round trip catalog) will have a different look and feel. There you check out the product to bring it to the shopping cart.

For setting up external catalog we just define the external web services and there provide the link to the external system.
