Hi Raj,

Custom Reports are like which are not in standard system.

As per the Client Requirement have to desing that with the help of Abaper.

From functional side have to prepare the Functional Spec and should send the same to Technical Person for which he add the Technical aspect.

Finally getting the client Approval.Abaper will develop the report.

As a functional consultant have to check the same.

Apart from this please find below the SD Standard Reports:

SD Reports

Standard SAP SD Reports:=

Statistic Group:

Purpose – To capture data for Standard Reports, we require to activate Statistic Group as under:

--> Item category (Configuration)

--> Sales document type (Configuration)

--> Customer (Maintain in Master data)

--> Material (Maintain in Master data)

When you generate statistics in the logistics information system, the system uses the combination of specified statistics groups to determine the appropriate update sequence. The update sequence in turn determines for exactly which fields the statistics are generated.

Configuration:

IMG --> Logistics Information System (LIS) --> Logistics Data Warehouse --> Updating --> Updating Control --> Settings: Sales --> Statistics Groups -->

1. Maintain Statistics Groups for Customers

2. Maintain Statistics Groups for Material

3. Maintain Statistics Groups for Sales Documents

4. Assign Statistics Groups for Each Sales Document Type

5. Assign Statistics Groups for each Sales Document Item Type .....

All Standard Reports which are available are as under:

SAP Easy Access: Information Systems -> Logistics -> Sales and distribution ->

1. Customer -> Incoming orders / Returns / Sales / Credit memos / Sales activities / Customer master / Conditions / Credit Master Sheet

2. Material -> Incoming orders / Returns / Sales / Credit memos / Material master / ...

3. Sales organization -> Sales organization / Sales office / Sales employee

4. Shipping point -> Deliveries / Returns

5. SD documents -> Orders / Deliveries / Billing documents ...

& so on.

SAP1 and SARP

Go to SARP, input sd01 in "Report Tree" and press F5. You will get all standard SD Reports.

Hello,

We had a requirement for a report which should show all the open contracts, in which it should exclude the line item, if it is fully referenced. This was not available in standard SAP, we went for a Z report.

Rajan,

As you asked about a customized report (Z report) I have explained you a Zreport which we have developed. The reports are generally created by coding and no customisation required.

Customised are reports are the ones those are created by your ABAPers...

Say for example your requirement are not fulfilled by SAP standard reports, then you can get Customised reports Developed by your ABAPers. These reports are prepared by picking dta from relevant tables & feilds...

You can also have Customised reports for LIS / SIS...

Hope this helps...

Hi,

Custom Reports (Z-Reports) are newly-designed reports apart from Standard SAP Reports.

example:

ZSTATUS

Say, u wanna single report to list out all Sales Orders (with criterias) with Delivery Status and Billing Status (item-wise) for a specific period.

Purpose of custom reports to fullfill the en-user reporting requirements, which are not possible with Standard SAp reports.
