background Job CMFSAPAO_II_ALL6139_M3VEN giving an error like error

Hi

job is getting cancelled because of one vendor.please find the job details below. can anyone suggest me what are all the possible reason the perticular vendor is giving error

Hi ,

The problem is that the CIF queue blocked "Queue: CFLDEP1600_2135 Blocked",you go to Inbound SMQ2 or outbound queue SMQ1 ,check the queue and activate or delete the queue ,the activate the inforecord then this will work.
