PI installation on MSCS - SCS not comingup

Hi,

We have started our PI 7.0 installation on two node MSCS.

We completed the

1.ASCS Installation

2.SCS Installation

3. Clustered the first node

4.Installed the DB instance.

5.When clustering the additional node we are getting the following error

An error occurred attempting to bring the 'SAP PSX 31 Service' cluster resource offline. Error ID : '5023'. The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

sapstartsrv.exe is corrupted . after replacing it worked.
