Download the upgrade guide as a start. In the guide, it listed other OSS notes that you should read as they might contains more updated information. Apart from that, there are other related OSS notes that you might find helpful for the upgrade exercise.
I would say the documents(guide + OSS notes) are 80% sufficient, the rest of the 20% are the problems/issues in your environment that you might encounter which you will need to lookup for solutions in OSS or this forum.
