Translation For UI Element FileUpload

Hello!

Is it possible to translate the push button of UI Element FileUpload? Its text is always the same, independent from log on language. I thought the text had been already translated to several languages, as it is a standard element.

Do I have a chance to change the text?

The Browse butotn is not built by Web Dynpro - instead it is inserted by the browser on the client side. Notice that the style of the button doesn't match Web Dynpro as well. This is a common issue in HTML in general. You can only specify the input type=file but have little control over how the browser processes that command. I have see other threads on the Internet where people have asked this same question outside the scope of Web Dynpro. For instance:
