Leading system in ISU CRM

Hi All,

In ISU-CRM integrated scenario, what should be the leading system for creation of BP master data? Is the BP going to be created and replicated to ISU system or is it the other way round ?

Since CRM is (should be) the front office tool, which will have the first contact with clients, BP's should be created in CRM.

Of course, replication is a two-way interface, so if your back-office only works in ISU, they can also create BP's there.

Hi ,

I have same Question. But we have other component Like CA ,Open Document ,etc to be created in ISU and also EMIGALL can be used ISU (not in CRM) .

Also If i have to upload other Objects using EMigall I should have KSM realtionship. How can i estliblished that if I will upload BP in CRM.

Can you please suggest ....What should I do.
