Certified in CRM sales, planning for another certification. Please advice..

Dear All,

I am certified in MySAP CRM Sales 5.0. I have been planning to go for another certification within CRM.

However, I need to decide which module to go for like CRM Services or Webclient or Internet Sales?

I am interested in Web Cleint and Internet Sales. However, before I take any decision I would like to know from people who have more experience in SAP CRM to advise me which module within SAP CRM is in most demanded especially in US and EU markets.

I would consider technical modules of CRM like Middleware or so, after I get more experience (over 2 yrs) on the functional side.

Also, I have checked out everywhere on Internet to see if SAP Education or Siemen's Academy in any country provides training in IPC leading to certification. However, I have not come across anywhere on how to learn IPC.

So if you guys out there who have been in SAP CRM for a while and can guide me on the points I have raised here then it will be a great help.

As you already CRM certified, there is no further need to go for another certification in same area.

But if still you want to pursue another certification, it is CRM service in good demand in US, UK elsewhere.

IPC - I don't think any one is training.Start learning on your own.
