Distribution list

Hi,

For distribution thru distribution list. The DL list which we have created using sap users It is sending mail in SAP inbox instead of Outlook.

I am able to send mail in Outlook only thru external users where the Outlook group id is not accepted by SAP.

What needs to be done that will enable to use Outlook Group list in SAP.

hi,

go to T-Code - SCOT and do the settings there and for that please take basis help. they help in mapping outlook .

Hi..

First you have create the connection between SAP server & Mail Server. Tell your basis consultant to make connection.

When you create Recipient List put the email ID in Recipient Name & distribution type "INT".
