In Customer master record currency is maintained to $USD, while creating an order system throwing message " Exchange rate"ll be redetermined" & order gets created in INR.
If u want USD only for ur transactions, apart from customer master u also check the currency assigned to ur company code as well as sales organisation. Once u maintain same currence in all these three places ur system will not give that message again.
