Servivice call

Dear All,

I am working on ECC 6.0 , when i tried to create a service call ,after selecting the controller ,i want to select the service type : As service type i have to select Class Method.(Choose the service type from the list that you want to use in the model based controller.) But in service type i can only see function module radio button.

What could be the possible reason?

You have only function module option in SP10, i think you are in SP10.

I'm thinking it might even have come later than that. I believe the new options didn't come until SP12.

Hi,

We can have both FM or Classes as an options.

Pls consult a BASIS person there might be problem with the installation or they might have disabled that while installing the SAP.
