Dear All

I have make a sale order and return delivery is require for this so plz tell me how to create a return delivery for this and in material i m using a batch management also so how to create a return delivery.

HI,

when u r creating the return sales order RE, take the reference from the previous billing doc, then create the del with doc type LR

First create a Return orde(VA01 and Order Type "RE" ), either with reference to the Sales order or Billing document. Return order can also be created without any reference.

VL01N,create the Return delivery with reference to the Return order,so whatever data(material,quantity etc) will be copied to the Return Delivery. Then go for subsequent function Putaway and PGR. You may have to specify a Storage bin for this return goods as it will go to Block stock first.

Create a return order(RE) and create a return delivery(LR) with respect to the order this will resolve ur issue.Creating these is similar to the order and delivery creation.
