Our client is facing one problem which is as follows,
The scenario is,
Assemble to order with varient for Network.
When we create a sales order, we are assigning the characteristics so that to select the specific assemblies required for the manufacturing of machine. The varient selection creates a sales order BOM and then it will compare with standard network. And system automatically creates a network order where it will generate the requirement of the componenet assigned to the activities in std network.
Now the assemblies we have defined in super BOM are phantom assemblies. Hence it should generate the requirement for the second level component only.
But suppose there are 200 components in one phantom out of which 100 are assigned to the activities which are required for network but now system selecting 20 or 30 components only.
that means there are about 80 component missing in the network.
What could be the reason.
Can you all please try out this issue.
This is the issue pending from very long period.
Hence I think it's a challenge to all of us.
So kindly help me in resolving the issue.
