I can set a price for a kit. When I use VA02 it explodes the BOM and brings the total price of the components instead of the designed price for the kit.

How can I make VA02 to respect the price of the kit?

Dear Miquel

If you want to maintain price at header level, please maintain as follows:-

Header Level Item Category Group::::LUMF

Component Item Category Group::::::ERLA

Header Level Item Category:::::::TAQ

Component Item Category::::::::::TAE

Now when you create sale order, the respective component parts will get exploded but when you generate invoice, only the header material will flow which is nothing but your kit part number for which you can invoice.
