Quota Arrangement issue

Hello all,

We are in SCM 4.0. I have an issue reg. Quota arrangement.

I have a plant A and vendor location B.

Product X is sourced from both A and B locations. I maintained Inbound QA at the plant with 50% each from loc A and loc B. Also checked Req. split box (for PPDS) and maintained a min split Qty.

My issue is when I run Product Heuristics, the system is creating 100% receipts either from Plant A or Vendor B but not splitting the demand between the two locations

Can anyone please help me out in this?

Hi Sai,

Req Split is applicable for PP/DS only. So is it that the vendor too is having capacity for producing? If not, then in that case its as good as production relation ship with "A" & procurement relationship with "B". So in this case in absence of any stock at "B" the whole apportion would be to "A".
