Dear

Please notice that for older releases, you need to have extended maintenance.

If you cannot see the download files using the described path for 4.x system with your S-user, it means

the extended maintenance fee was not payed. Therefor you then cannot download the patches.

I don't think you need maintenance optimizer for patches released for 4.x systems. Perhaps for the EX2 kernels but I even doubt that you need it for that.

Look for your DB and O/S combination, there should be all the support packs you need.

For recent support packages, you need to approve it. This means you need to have maintanence optimizer. To use it, see my post here:
