WS14000075 Not in version

We have encountered a problem for the workflow without approval for PO WS14000075.

The Po's are created fine from shopping carts but if you chnage the PO it keeps failing on no workflow and when you look at the issue it say's the workflow is not in version.

I have tested in SWUD and all other parts of the workflow are fine except this one (including sub workflows).

We have tried SE37 SWD_WFD_REPLICATE_FROM_9999 which indeeed generates another active version but still it fails.

Has anyone go a clue

Hi,

Is everything fine when the PO is created for the first time and only when you change it says this error?

If this is the issue, then go to SWETYPV and check the events for the business object BUS2201, your workflow no. 14000075.

I hope you will have only the event "SAVED" there.

Try to add "CHANGED" event for the same and try.

"CHANGEVERSION" is also a better option here.

Check for start condition FM if required.

Check for OSS note 790027 for making all the tasks as general task in 14000075 ( you have to find the tasks involved in this) and do SWU_OBUF. Check SWU3 for all the configs and jobs scheduled, if you change the tasks as general.

after some further investigation we discovered that sub workflow WS14000154 was not in version. Weu2019ve generated a version using the replicate program(RSWD_REPLICATE_FROM_9999) and workflow WS14000075 is now checking correctly.

Pls run the FM SWD_WFD_REPLICATE_FROM_9999 for the sub workflow "WS14000077".Also generate an active version of the workflow "WS14000075".

Did as you asked bt still shows the not in version for 14....75 still cannot get it working.

All sub workflows are green in SWUD except the above

Also sometimes you need to explicitly make the tasks of the workflow as GENERAL task in order to get the WF working as desired.Please check on that too.
