Difference in Time Stamp

Hi Experts,

When I am creating a Shopping Cart or Purchase Orders.

We have difference in time stamp.(BBP_PD)

1.Shopping Cart (at header) changed_at (Actual time +1)

2.Work Item time is (Actual time)

3.Versions (BBP_PD at the bottom) created at (Actual time - 1)

We are chaning the time zone in the table TTZCU but nothing is working out.

we are using SRM3.0 and ECS.

Please let us know how I can set the correct time (actual time which has been set for Work Item).

Hi,

Sridhar is right.By default the time is taken based on the TIMEZONE settings under the DEFAULT tab for the user in SU01.

Hi Disha,

System time set in the table TTZCU defults in SU01.

When I am creating a SC Web Server time is Actual+1

WI generation is at Actual Time

Guid creation time is Actual-1

I dont know how to correct the time stamp in the system.

Please reply ASAP.

Hi,

Check the time zone in the configuration (In the general settings ) and check time setting in the user defaults tab (su01).

Hope you will get some details about the problem.
