Extending the Customer to a differant company Code

Dear All ,

I Need to Extend around 1000 Customers to a differant company code using the transaction BP in R3.

As there is huge amount of customers i am thinking of writing a program in ABAP . Can you please suggest me which BAPI to use for the same.

Also please suggest anyother comfortable way to do the same.

Please revert.Its very Urgent.

Hello,

you can use BAPIBUSISM007_CREATEFROMDATA.

But here you can selct only one customer.

Hi ,

I am not able to find the BAPI, which you have mentioned here. I am getting sayiyng that BAPIBUSISM007_CREATEFROMDATA. does not exit.

I am using SAP Version 5. Please do the needful.

Are you using customer masters or Business Partners? If you are using Business partner you can use the standard transaction [KCLJ] to upload Business Partners. This can also be used to extend the business partners to different company codes and sales organizations.
