Hi SAP Guru

I m facing error while executing delivery as : create delivery not allowed (sys. status EXLS. Object vb0000008168000010)

Please reply me ASAP.

Note: during saving of order error was showing item status red.

Hi mahesh,

is this for export third party orders??? if you go to

header export data in the order you will see more

details on this error in te log..

to make a long story short sys status is received when

the export license has not been created or it has

expired in master data...

For this solution Check whthere some one activated the export control check for Document

types and item categories in VI57 and VI58.

Also, see 24455 SAP Note proved very helpful.

This is because of the Export status. Check the foreign trade data maintenance in the material master.

Dear Mahesh

Go to VA02, input the sale order reference and execute. From the main screen of the sale order, select Header tab STATUS. There you can see a [Object status] Just click that so that you will see a box where the controls are there. Change the control to the required and proceed further.

I have ALREADY CHECKED .

there is redish status of create delivery.

Please advise me how to resolve this.

Though Stocks r enough. In sales order qty is confirmed.

there is not any status profile rule assigned.

plz treat it urgent.

Dear Mahesh

Go to VOV8, select your sale order type and see what status profile is maintained there. Make a note of it and go to BS02, select that status profile, double click on Status Now change the options according to your requirement and now retry.

Hi mahesh ,,

check whether required stock is there in mmbe.

check if the sales order contain confirmed quantity

if it does not contain then system will not allow you to make deleivery .

put stocks by tcode mb1c and then create order and delievery ,

stocks are enogh there in plant

evven stocks are confirmed.in sales order, but item status was redish (no delivery)

First check if your SO is complete?

Also, check for custom status profiles, if any, assigned to the doc type?
