Deactivate or Block selective Milestone Usage entries

Hi,

In Project Builder if we create a milestone there is a field called Usage.

In that I have to block or hide or Deactivate some of the usage entries which has been used earlier.

Pls suggest how?

I do not want to delete any one, because it must have been used earlier.

Points will be rewarded for right answer.

Not sure about deactivating it or blocking. One option:

But if you have limited user base you can insert the usage entries into personal values (Button in F4). Other entries will be hidden but user can still manually enter the usage if known.

Is there any way where I can change the F4 list globally or I can change it one by one but from a basis login.

Pls suggest.

Otherwise it will be very difficult to reset their passwords and change it for every one.
