Hello Gurus,

following is a description about sales document copying control:

"If you previously used an update document flow value of X (standard document flow) and you wish to change to a 2, you can use program SDVBFA21 to delete unnecessary records to improve system performance. (Note: This will delete the records from VBFA as well.) "

please what does it mean ? what does "program SDVBFA21 " mean? How to use "program SDVBFA21 " to delete unnecessary records ?

Hello Frank,

Go to SE38, give the program name as SDVBFA21 and choose Documentation from the list of sub-objetcs and press F7--you'll find all the required information.
