BSP error ?

Hello,

Our ABAP consultant has created a BSP application using this website

saptechnical.com

He is telling like its BASIS job to find the solution in that website to his done steps he is able to get till logon SAP WEB APPLICATION SERVER. When i am giving my SAP SYSTEM Adminstrator username and password it is getting Bussiness server pages error..
