Dear All
Can anybody tell me how to aasign equipment to WBS after creat equpt in IE01
Regards
Prathamesh
You can mention the WBS element in organisation tab of the equipment master data. The integration aspect is below:
When you create a maintenance order for this equipment, based on the configuration settings the PM Order is automatically assigned to the WBS which ever is mentioned in the equipment master data.
Once you've got the order assigned to WBS, you can use the WBS budgeting functionality apart from scheduling etc.,.

Hi,
You can attach Equipment in the assignment tab of the WBS details screen.
Also you can define Equipment as Work center thru CNR1 and attach itto the internal activity.

Hi Pramatesh,
As far as i know we cannot assign an equipment to WBS.
WBS is defined as a settlement receiver in the settlement profile for a Order type.
Orders made using this order type for an equipment will have WBS as a settlement receiver.
Further you can define the WBS as account assignment in the Organization Tab of the equipment.
Why do you want to assign the equipment to WBS.I mean what is the Business scenarion , please clarify
Thanks,
Manish
