Not able to fetch the specification limits results in the quality certific

Hi ,

I am facing an issue in outgoing Quality certificate. I am able to fetch the specifications for the the inspection characteristic& their result in the quality certificate.Although some of the are reflecting but some are not.

Please advice.

Hello Vivek,

could you please check in the transaction QC02 or QC03 how you have defined the text element for the correspondent characteristics.

Text elements 0001, 0003 and 0004 should be used depending on the definition of the correspondent characteristic.

What is misleading in the information I gave you?

The transaction QC03 is used to view the Quality certificate.

The text element is found on the characteristics overview screen.

You should be able to determine the certificate type used.

Furthermore you must distinguish if you are using quantitive or qualitative characteristics.

If you are using qualititive characteristics you might need text 0002

I know the certificate type.

is your problem the fact that values are displayed or that they are not displayed?

Could you also check the output format in QC03

could you also check the results origin and the inspection specification origin?

And also detail if i.e. you are using batches etc.

It is rather difficult to give a correct reply without a detailled description in this case.

Result origin is : inspection result

Insp. Spec. origin: Insp. spec. from QM

Well batch are being used.
