Hi,

I want to know how user information or u can say <b>employee master</b> can be maintained if I will not opt HRMS from SAP.

Hi!

Of course you can create users without HR module (when I got your question right).

Thanks for the link..

If it is employee master sort of thing than can I use it through out the application wherever employee information needed eg in FI at the time of loan approval etc.

Please advice.

Hi!

In this case the user master is not enough. If you plan to have FI-bookings for them, then you need creditor master data. That would be created more or less automatically in case of employee master, but should be possible separately, too.

I hope, you don't plan to use functionality of a module, which you don't want to install. I can't tell you more detailed restrictions, it would be difficult to make a concept based on your two sentences.
