Logon Ticket missing: How to resolve?

Hi.

We are aware that from Design we can go to Configuration and vice versa with the option available in the Environment tab.

But In DEV, when i try to access design from configuration and vice versa, i can see a pop-up window with the following error.

Logon ticket missing; Single sign-on is not correctly configured

Where as in PRODUCTION server, i am able to access design from configuration and vice versa.

Please let me know how to resolve the error in DEV.
